PRICES AND CURRENCY

Course prices are set in US dollars. That is the reference value of the registration.

If you choose to pay in Argentine pesos —by bank transfer or in cash—, the amount is calculated using the “blue” dollar rate, selling price, in effect at the time of registration, with no decimals. The peso amount shown to you before confirming is the one that corresponds to that rate.

The exchange rate changes every day. The peso amount shown applies at the time you register: if payment is made later and the rate has moved, the amount may not match.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

Some courses are reserved with a deposit. In that case, when you register you pay only that amount, and the remaining balance is paid on the first day of the course, at the center. You'll be told how much each part is before confirming.

The deposit must be for the exact amount indicated: larger or smaller payments are not accepted. If you'd like to pay the full amount in advance, write to us before transferring so we can arrange it.

PAYMENT DIFFERENCES

When we receive your payment, we check it against the course price. If there is a difference, we'll let you know and agree with you on how to resolve it before confirming your registration. Nothing will be charged automatically or without notice.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Completing the form reserves your spot, but your registration is confirmed once we receive payment. For bank transfers, when we receive and verify the receipt; for cash, when you pay at the center. If the course is reserved with a deposit, the deposit is enough to confirm your spot.

PERSONAL DATA

The information you provide is used to manage your registration and to contact you about matters related to the course. It is not shared with third parties outside the organization.
